Eligibility Criteria for Scholarships in Iraq at Al-Nahrain University

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you need to meet the requirements mentioned as under:

For Bachelor’s Degrees:

International students are eligible to apply.
Your age should be below 30 years.
For medicine, your minimum cumulative grade should be 85% or its equivalent.
For Pharmacy, your minimum cumulative grade should be 75% or its equivalent.
For engineering, your minimum cumulative grade should be 65% or its equivalent.
For other programs, your minimum cumulative grade should be 60% or its equivalent.

For Master’s Degrees:

International students are eligible to apply.
The maximum age to apply is 45 years.
You need to possess a 4 years bachelor’s degree with particular majors in relevant areas/fields (minimum cumulative grade should be 65% or its equivalent)

For Doctorate (Ph.D.) Degrees:

International students are entitled to apply for this scholarship.
The maximum age for the applicants should be 50 years.
They need to have a master’s degree (after 4 years of bachelor’s degree) in the area/field (minimum cumulative grade should be 75% or its equivalent).
