Ayushmann Khurrana’s Andhadhun on App Now for Visually Impaired People

Bollywood star Ayushmann Khurrana’s Andhadhun has so far grossed 60 crores at the box office and is still popular among the audiences

Ayushmann Khurrana’s Andhadhun is going great guns at the box office and reportedly has grossed Rs. 60 crores so far. The crime thriller, featuring Ayushmann Khurrana, Tabu and Radhika Apte, is expected to churn out more business. Most of the time the actor’s movies work big time among the masses, and now this black comedy too is following the footsteps. It has now been learnt that the makers have come up with an app for the blind people.

They also organized a special screening for the film for 100-150 blind people. The sources say that the app will feature narrations for the sequences of the movie, be it any action or dialogue, which cannot be understood by the physically-challenged people.

Well, after Sholay and Sanjy Dutt’s biopic ‘Sanju’, Andhadhun happened to be the third film to be streamed on the XL Cinema app for the visually impaired.

A source shares, “The makers have decided to take the route of online streaming for Andhadhun with the app XL Cinema. The app will make it easier for the blind people to understand the movie giving the actions an audio description.”

Producer of the film Sanjay Routray informs, “I am overwhelmed with the success of our debut movie ‘Andhadhun’. We are glad to have received the offer to screen the movie for the visually impaired. It’s is more than what we had expected!”
